Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers thought the Packers could run the table after getting trounced by Washington in Week 11. Green Bay did just that in winning their final six games and the NFC North. (Photo: Washington Times)

There have been a lot of names thrown out regarding this seasons NFL MVP award. Ezekiel “Zeke” Elliott. David Johnson. Tom Brady. All of them have been discussed and all of that discussion had merit.

Emphasis on ‘had’.  (more…)

NFL Preseason 2015: The Problem In Washington? Right Now It’s Jay Gruden

(USATIS)

Jay Gruden went 4-12 his first season in Washington. So far I don’t see personnel decisions that point to much changing in 2015.  (USATIS)

Jay Gruden is running out of the many excuses he shouldn’t have been afforded in the first place.  (more…)

Eddie Royal caught 62 passes for 778 yards and 7 touchdowns for the Chargers in 2014. This season he'll play in the slot with the Chicago Bears. (Associated Press)

You will no doubt rely on them at least once this season. Those bargain players that get you by on a bye week or through a tough stretch of injuries or suspensions. They’re always on the waiver wire, a Branden Oliver or Chris Sims.  (more…)

Marcus Mariota finished his debut 7-of-8 with 94 yards and an interception. However there is a lot he can build on.

We finally have real football. No more guessing or wondering what players will look like. We have tape, competition, and I have opinions on what I saw.  (more…)
